The Lucerne Valley Middle High School staff -- including Principal Nate Lambdin and Coach/Athletic Director Brandon Barkley -- suited up for a friendly game of basketball against the high school girls and boys varsity basketball players.
Despite the determination and experience of the staff (several members have played both high school and college sports) the Mustang students prevailed in overtime, winning by two points. The final score was 34-32.
