The Lucerne Valley High School track & field team competed at the first Cross Valley League meet of the season at Riverside Prep on Wednesday, April 21.
The following are the LVHS highlights:
Freshmen Dylan Muldoon came in 3rd in both his heats with 13.96 (100M) and 29.16 (200M). The boys 4x100 relay team came in 2nd in their heat with 55.92. Junior David Daniels came in 2nd in his heat for the mile at 6:19. Junior Blaine-Monet Willoughby ran the 400 in a PR of 1:30.02. Freshmen Dylnn Cagle got a PR on the mile with 6:49.
“The team had a good start and look forward to improving their respective times at our next meet on May 5th,” Coach Guillermo Betancourt said.
