The Lucerne Valley High School Cross Country Team practice starts on Monday, July 26, Monday through Friday from 8-10 a.m. until school starts. Make sure you wear running attire and have plenty of water. Also, make sure you have a completed physical form from your doctor and the required online registration on athleticclearance.com (print out the signature page and sign it along with your parents).
