Lucerne Valley’s AVID students recently took a field trip to Cal State University San Bernardino. The group toured the campus, planting seeds for those college-bound students wanting to attend a nearby four-year institution.
One of the favorite stops on campus was the CSUSB food court, where Lucerne Valley students were free to select the cuisine of their choice.
The students also had a fun time solving clues when the group visited a nearby Escape Room to challenge their communicating, collaborating and critical thinking skills. The group’s Infectious and Temple groups escaped in time. However, better luck next time Wizards and Cabin in the Woods teams.
